Accurate information!  We really want the roster in this directory to be totally accurate.  Please take the time to check the latest copy of our church directory, which was printed on June 1, and if there is any information in your family's listing which needs to be corrected, please call Jane.  Also, if you have not filled out one of the yellow slips giving your email address, or if your email address has changed since you did so, then please call Jane (or email to  if you would like it included.
Have you signed up yet?  The photo sittings are scheduled for Friday, July 19 from 3:00p.m. to 9:30p.m. and Saturday, July 20 from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.  The photos will be taken in the sanctuary and a few minutes later you will be able to view your portraits and make selections in one of the Sunday School rooms.  The whole thing should take less than an hour.  If you have not yet signed up for an appointment, please do so in the narthex Sunday June 30 or Sunday July 7, after the service.  Be sure to take the two informational handouts on the table, writing your appointment time on the "What Shall I Wear?" handout.  Alternatively, you can call Jane during the week to make your appointment.  The more families who sign up by July 7, the fewer phone calls our helpers will have to make after that date!
Extended family, friends, neighbors?  If you have family in the area, or friends or neighbors, who would like a portrait, by all means have them sign up for a sitting.  They do not have to appear in the directory.  Just let the host/hostess know that, or note it on the appointment sheet.
Out of town?  If you will not be here for the photo dates, please put your name and phone number and the dates you will be gone on the appropriate list on the sign-up table, or let Jane know.  We will make every effort to set up other arrangements to get your photo in the directory.
