Our fourth annual Arts and Crafts Fair is quickly approaching! We still have a couple booths left, so if you know anyone who might be interested, please have them contact Nancy or Julie ASAP.

St. Philip’s members Nancy Connor, Val Jackson, Ying Liang and Donna Seelbach, will be selling their art work and crafts and if all booths sell, which we’re sure they will, we will have 23 vendors this year!

We will continue our tradition of displaying quilts from St. Philip’s members and friends in the Sanctuary and breezeway. We have had requests in the past for quilts to purchase, so if you have a quilt you would like to sell, please contact Julie Levy or Karen Krestensen.

The event would not happen at all without the members of St. Philip’s! We depend on you for a few hours of your time to help before, during or after the event.  As we get closer to the event, we will have sign ups for help, so be sure to mark the date on your calendar!

 

Volunteer Jobs will be:

• Work in a booth (wreath sales, bake sale, etc.)                                             • Donate an item for the Raffle

• Provide item(s) for the Bake Sale                                                                • Lend a quilt for the day to be displayed

• Checkout/Ticket Sales table                                                                        • Help with distributing posters, signs

• Provide a quilt to sell (donate or keep the profits less 15%  to St. Philip’s).
