Christmas Pageant

The Children’s Christmas Pageant is scheduled for Sunday, December 18 at 5:30 pm. We are doing the Maximus Mouse’s Christmas Card play under the direction of Vicky. If you would like your child to participate in the pageant, please let Vicky know as soon as possible so that she can assign a suitable role. The more the merrier and there is no age limit!! We are hoping that our youngest member, Noah Olivier, will be able to make his debut!

Please note for your calendars:

December 11 Sunday- After-church blocking and costume assignments.

December 18 Sunday- After-church dress rehearsal until 2 pm. We will provide pizza and fruit for the kids.

It is really essential that everyone interested in being in the production attend these practices. We will also be rehearsing during Sunday School.

We will have refreshments after the production and will ask everyone to help by contributing something.

If you have questions, give us a call or corner us after church on Sunday.

Julie and Vicky, Sunday School Coordinators

Donations Needed
to Deck the Halls

Advent is upon us and very soon Christmas will be here. The Altar Guild plans to decorate the church with greens and poinsettias.

The Altar Guild invites you to donate to the Altar Guild Flower Fund to help with the expenses.

Donations can be made anonymously or in memory of loved ones or in thanksgiving for a special person or event. The suggested donation is $35.00; however we will be thankful for any amount.

Please make checks payable to St. Philip’s Altar Guild. Checks can be dropped off in the office. Please let the Altar Guild know if you are making a donation in memory of a loved one or if it is for a special event or person.

“What is Christmas? It is tenderness for the past, courage for the present, hope for the future. It is a fervent wish that every cup may overflow with blessings rich and eternal, and that every path may lead to peace.”
