Please help!!  We need some more people to have fun with as we plan another successful Harvest & Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair for St. Philip’s!

The fifth annual Harvest & Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair is just two months away! We have a very small number of  booth spaces left!!

We have many returning artists including our own St. Philip’s members Janet Duncan and Donna Seelbach.  This fair has a good reputation!!

Please help by being a coordinator for publicity, raffle, decorating the church and grounds, booth volunteers, etc.

As well as being an outstanding outreach into the local community, this event has been an excellent fund raiser for St. Philip’s. We not only receive a booth fee and 15% of the crafter’s proceeds, but proceeds from our very popular Bake Sale, (pre-ordered) Christmas Wreaths and Raffle have made the Craft Fair very successful.

We will also continue our tradition of displaying quilts from St. Philip’s members and friends in the Sanctuary and breezeway. We have had requests in the past for quilts to purchase, so if you have a quilt you would like to sell, please contact Valerie Sims or Barbara Lyon.

The event would not happen at all without the members of St. Philip’s! We depend on you for a few hours of your time to help before, during or after the event. As we get closer to the event, we will have sign-ups for help, so be sure to mark the date on your calendar!

Volunteer Jobs will be:

· Work in a booth (wreath sales, bake sale, etc.).

· Donate an item for the Raffle.

· Provide items for the Bake Sale.

· Lend a quilt for the day to be displayed.

· Checkout / Ticket Sales table.

· Help with distributing posters and signs.

· Provide a quilt to sell (donate or keep the profits less 15%  to St. Philip’s).

Any questions, please give me a call.
